Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. The service

AdPoster AI is a desktop tool and online service that automatically reposts your classified ads (e.g. on Kijiji) on a schedule. You are responsible for the content of your ads and for complying with the terms and policies of any site you post to.

2. Your account

Creating an account and writing your ads is free. Posting requires an active paid subscription; the desktop app does not post while the subscription is inactive.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The subscription is $40 CAD per month, billed in advance through Stripe by Canadian Website Designs Inc. and renewing automatically each month until cancelled. An optional business website add-on is $20 CAD per month, and each additional account on the same plan is $10 CAD per month. You can manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew thereafter. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AdPoster AI to post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or spam content, and to follow the rules of the platforms you post to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or those platforms' policies.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that any ad will be accepted, ranked, or remain posted, and we are not affiliated with Kijiji or other platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
