What we collect

Your name, account email and password (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text), the ads, photos and settings you provide, your subscription status, and basic activity records — when you sign in, when the desktop app checks in, and whether your ads posted — so we can keep the service running and help when something goes wrong. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To provide the reposting service, manage your subscription and billing, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run AdPoster AI on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting and storage for the photos you upload), and Resend (account emails such as verification and password resets). They process data only to provide their service.

Where your data lives

Account, subscription and ad data are stored in a database in Toronto, Canada. Photos you upload for your ads are stored with Vercel, and your Kijiji session never leaves your own computer.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data, consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). Email us to make a request.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie, and only to keep you signed in; it holds no tracking identifier. Visit counts come from Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. No advertising trackers.
